What you are buying
CASF™ — AI Safety Certified — Foundations Level is a professional certificate: training and assessment. Watching videos does not issue a certificate. Passing the identity-verified exam is required. This is not an ANAB-accredited certification and is not US Government-recognized at this time.
No refund after a certificate is issued
If we have issued your CASF™ Foundations certificate (including a public verify page and badge), the enrollment fee is not refundable. That includes change of mind, unused modules, a failed exam after a certificate was already issued on a prior attempt, or choosing not to add the badge to LinkedIn.
Refund when we fail to issue a certificate
If you passed the exam and we do not issue the certificate because of an issuance problem or a technical glitch on our side, we will refund the enrollment fee. Write from the classroom email, with the exam date: (512) 500-5160 · hello@gabbysoftware.com · Support form. We may ask for the attempt record before we refund.
