If you open a classroom or buy Foundations, we store your name, email, phone if you give one, progress, and payment receipt so you can log in, resume, unlock M1–M5, sit the identity-verified exam, and receive a certificate. The legal name from the approved identity check is the name on the badge. We do not store ID photos.

If you submit a partnership inquiry, we store your name, email, organization, organization type, title, country, interest, and message so we can follow up about academic or institutional partnership. If you send the support form, we store your name, email, phone if you give one, topic, and message so we can reply.

We use those emails and phone numbers for launch, partnership, and product updates related to CASF™ Foundations, including SMS or WhatsApp where you provided a number. We do not sell this data.

Certificate verification pages are public. Looking up an ID does not require an account. Public pages show first name and last initial unless the holder consented to a full name. Exam scores, emails, and dates of birth are not shown.
